Good location

Good location in the centre of Getsemani, lots of cafe ,bars and restaurants nearby.Walking distance 10min to Historical Centre.

It is old building,lobby is nicely decorated,but the rooms need renovation.The place is extremely noisy ,you hear music from all sides nearly all night.Aircondition outside the room on the terase is very loud.Breakfast is nothing special,very simple.Swimming pool is very small,it is suitable only for children. Price does not reflect the real value. Moreover they asked 3% surcharge for payment by card, this is not mentioned in Booking.com .

Good location.

Location. Is is located in the city center with all restaurant and famous attraction within walking distance.

Facilities are not great, but fair. I think the major problem is the Wifi, but it seems to be a general situation in Colombia.

The stay is ok, room is acceptable. The hotel need to improve its visibility.

Location is very close to exhibition hall

The hotel sign board to toooooo small. Even the local driver cannot find the hotel, we spend close to 20 minutes to locate the hotel. on the day of my checking out at 3.00 am, the pick up driver also encountered the same problem, he cannot find the hotel. i knew he is looking for the hotel as he called me and asked for my location and I shared my location with him, but still he can't see the hotel sign board. i decide to get out of the hotel and stood in the middle of the road. He only noticed me when the made another pass by the hotel. It would have been easier to locate the hotel if the sign board is made bigger/ larger and light up for night arrival and early check out.

Very central and close to all restaurants around Getsemaní, without hearing all noise from the street. A/c working very well in the rooms

Generally a nice hotel on an excellent location, with very helpful staff, perfectly adequate rooms and all the service and comfort you need to discover Cartagena.

Nothing in particular, if I had to mention something it would be that the scrambled eggs at breakfast one morning were mixed with onion without asking if this was preferred over eggs only.

Friendly staff (except for the manager herself), clean room with comfortable bed en multiple pillows. Cheap and convenient laundry service. Centrally located in Getsemani. Clean little pool to cool off.

Very noisy (both street noice and conversations at reception). No windows. Small bathroom with cold showers.

Exceptional

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable rooms and really wonderful staff. I sprained my foot while I was there. The staff were so kind and helpful. They bandaged my foot for me and even made me a walking stick! A wonderful place with wonderful people.

Exceptional

This spot is located right where you want to be (in the busy Plaza de la Trinidad) yet it's unexplicably quiet inside the rooms, so you can both party and then get your rest. I loved that breakfast was served right outside the room, overlooking the pool. I originally asked to change room and the staff accommodated my request without a fuss. When the time came to check out, I forgot a wallet with ID behind and didn't even realise, but they reached out by email and even agreed to post the wallet to my forwarding address. I received it the next day and I couldn't believe it, as I was already several hours away along the coast and their kindness spared me the hussle of a whole day of slow travel back (and a fair bit of money too). I can't thank them enough, the cleaning lady who handed over the wallet, Miss Ylsy Berrio who thoughtfully reached out to me, Miss Diana Luz who posted it back... and the whole staff, for gifting me the best stay in Cartagena! I would 100% recommend this place!!!

Great location with amazing staff

The location is absolutely amazing - you can't beat it! And the women who work here are absolutely incredible. They were so nice and accommodating throughout our entire stay.

The beds were very uncomfortable and when we arrived, there was hair from the previous guest stuck in our shower drain, so I'm not sure the bathroom was cleaned before our arrival.

Wonderful

The location is really great. Plaza de la Trinidad is close by and the vibe is lovely , especially during the evening. The staff is very nice.

We booked for 2 nights and decided to stay 1 extra night. We swichted from the room 'Santa Teresa' to 'San Juan'. In San Juan we noticed a little smell from time to time, like sewage water. There was also more noise from the street in this room. Our stay in our first room 'Santa Teresa' was impeccable!
